One says that, in the Cuisine, nothing is new, and they're not far wrong. Most dishes already exist, somewhere,  in some language, in some form.
The problem is....finding them!

On dit - dans la Cuisine il n'a rien de nouveau, et ils n'ont pas complètement tort! La plus part des plats existent déjà, quelque part, dans un autre langue, dans un autre forme. La  problème est .....les trouver!
