It's always difficult to choose, but here is one of my menus for the coming week...

Definately - a "Tartiflette" from Haute Savoie...

and a mixture of cheeses.. Just NOT American ones...!
This is where I'll be cooking and eating it...

And.... if you don't like my choice......
